We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your Eqco order but understand that sometimes items get returned for an exchange or refund because you've changed your mind or your horse refused to wear pink.
So long as returned items reach us within 14 days of the delivery date and are in perfect condition in their original packaging so that they can be sold on, we will process the exchange/refund within three working days.
Customised and made to order products are not eligible for return unless there is an error on our side. These items must also be returned in perfect condition in their original packaging so that they can be sold on.
If there is no error on our part causing the return or exchange, the return postage cost will need to be covered by you (we recommend signed for delivery to avoid the risk of items getting lost in the post).
Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any home delivery item. This does not include bespoke/made to order items since these have been made specifically for you at your request and can not go back in to stock.
To cancel your order and receive a refund for the entire order (including original postage), please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within seven working days of the day after your order was received to confirm cancellation.
If your order was delivered with non-standard delivery, costs over the usual £4.99 delivery charge will not be refunded. The cost of returning the item/order to us will have to be covered by you (again, we recommend signed for delivery to avoid the risk of items getting lost in the post).
